A reservation is valid after payment of the advance payment of 30% of the rental price. The balance is payable 14 days before the start of the rental period. When booking less than 14 days before the start of the rental period the total amount has to be paid immediately

The guarantee amounts to € 150 and has to be paid together with the balance . When booking less than 14 days before the start, the deposit has to be paid together with the rent.

In the event of damage, the costs can be settled (not for a broken dish!). If no damage the deposit will be refunded immediately.

Additional cost is the cleaning fee of €30

Included in the rental price are: electricity and water consumption and internet. Furthermore, some basic products are offered free of charge such as shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, etc.  In the kitchen cabinets you will also find coffee, tea, pepper&salt vinegar&oil, sugar etc.

For € 15  bed-and bath linen is provided (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase). In the bathroom you’ll find a towel package (2 bath towels, 2 regular towels, 2 face cloths) and in the kitchen plenty of dish cloths.

Yes, the entrance is located in the Joseph II street, the apartment opens in the Christina street, a quiet street, South-Southwest located

Parking is possible in the surrounding streets, using the parking meter. Free parking is available at around 150 m from the apartment

There is no corbeling out balcony but there are double balcony doors that fully open. There is a secure handrail.

Even though it is a spacious one bedroom apartment, I opt for no more than 2 people. Thus you have the luxury of a comfortable space. A baby cot can be provided.

Pets are not allowed (which doesn’t mean I am no animal lover!)

For breakfast you can visit one of the establishments situated near the Escapade. Within a radius of 50 to 100 m you can find already 5 different addresses where breakfast is served. For private purchases the main shopping street is at 50 m and there is a big Delhaize supermarket located within a walking distance of 3 minutes.

Even though it is a spacious studio, I opt for no more than 2 adults. Thus you have the luxury of a comfortable space. A baby cot can be provided

Yes, with a fantastic seaview !

There’s plenty of parking space on the dike and in the surrounding streets but a free car parking area is located at about 100 m from the studio
